Chelsea Ghant (she/her) is a wife, new mother, investor, financial strategist and accomplished public global speaker. She is originally from Portland, OR and currently resides in Seattle, WA. Chelsea is a Sr. Talent Operations leader at Amazon.com leading central tools and mechanisms for Entertainment, Devices and Advertising business units. Chelsea has a B.A. in International Business and Economics with a minor in Mandarin from Western Washington University. She also has her Finance certification from Harvard Business School. Chelsea has a working proficiency in Mandarin, Chinese and worked as a Business Analyst in Shanghai and Beijing, China before pursing a career in Talent Acquisition.

In 2017, Chelsea began financial coaching and established Ghant Global, LLC in January of 2020. As a child, she’d had an innate interest for the flow of money, investing and an even stronger passion for helping others and being in service to her community. Ghant Global is a marriage of Chelsea’s passion and life’s purpose, to coach, support and grow financially confident and competent people across the globe. Today, she provides 1:1 financial and investment advising to clients such as; professional athletes, lawyers, engineers, corporate managers, international business owners and more.
